– Italian breadcrumbs/Panko breadcrumbs – Fresh parsley – Garlic powder – Smoked paprika – Salt – Freshly ground pepper – Eggs – All purpose flour – Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Extra-virgin olive oil or Vegetable oil (for cooking)

Pound each chicken breast with a meat mallet.
