Ingredients

Garlic Butter
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
Tomato Base
  • 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Pizza
  • 1 pack Sister Schubert’s Parker House Style Yeast Rolls thawed overnight
  • 1 cup marble cheese shredded
  • 1 Polish sausage diced
  • ¼ red onion finely diced

Method

  1. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In another bowl, combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the rolls: Place the thawed rolls on the tray. Gently press down the center of each roll to create a well, leaving a slight border around the edges for that “deep dish” crust.
  5. Assemble: Brush each roll with garlic butter, then spoon in the tomato base. Top with cheese, sausage, and red onion.
  6. Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and slightly crispy on the edges.
