Air Fryer Pizza

Quick, crispy and really delicious. Perfect for weeknight dinners, holidays and celebrations!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 naan bread
  • 4 tablespoon tomato sauce I like to add 2 tablespoon of ketchup & 1 tablespoon of oregano!
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • any toppings you’d like I added red pepper & red onion!
Chicken marinade:
  • 1 tablespoon oil of choice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Start by marinating the chicken thighs in a ziplock bag for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  2. Begin by air frying marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes until perfectly cooked.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare your desired pizza toppings and combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and oregano in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce and cheese evenly on top of naan bread, then add your preferred vegetables and sliced air-fried chicken strips.
  5. Air fry the pizza at 375°F for an additional 7-10 minutes, depending on your desired level of crispiness.
  6. Once done, serve up your delicious homemade pizza and savor every bite!
