- Preparing Raspberry Syrup: Place the raspberries, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the raspberries are softened. Mash with a fork and transfer to a bowl to cool. (if you'd like to add hyaluronic acid, you'd add a teaspoon to this syrup once cooled!)
- Making the Smoothie: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, avocado, milk, and pitted date. Blend until very smooth, adding more milk if necessary.
- Assembling the Smoothie: Spread Greek yogurt along the sides of the serving glass. Add a scoop or two of the raspberry syrup. Pour in the smoothie and serve!
