  • 1 cup Neilson 18g Protein Beverage
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Top with greek yogurt, bananas, peaches, granola, nuts & almond butter

  1. Add Neilson 18g Protein Beverage, Frozen Bananas, Vanilla Protein Powder, Blue Spirulina Powder to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness if needed, by adding more milk if you'd like it less sweet.
  3. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  4. Add desired toppings, serve & enjoy!
