  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  1. Preparation: If you haven't already, slice the banana into chunks for easier blending.
  2. Assembly: Place all the ingredients into the blender in the following order: frozen strawberries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, matcha powder, maple syrup, and finally, pour in the milk.
  3. Blending: Secure the lid tightly on the blender. Start blending on low speed to break down the frozen strawberries and banana. Gradually increase the speed to high, blending until all the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. This usually takes around 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  4. Adjusting Consistency: If the smoothie seems too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency. Conversely, if it's too thin, you can add some more frozen strawberries, ice cubes or bananas to thicken it up.
  5. Taste Test: Once blended, give the smoothie a taste and adjust the sweetness level by adding more maple syrup if needed. Blend again briefly to incorporate any additional sweetener.
  6. Serving: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve. If desired, you can garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top for an extra visual appeal.
