Method
- Begin by cutting the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Next, marinate the salmon bites in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayo, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 12 minutes, remembering to flip halfway through.
- After 12 minutes, brush the salmon with additional teriyaki sauce and continue air frying for an additional 2 minutes.
- Boil the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out of water & rinse with cold water.
- To a skillet over medium high heat, sauté the garlic for about 2 minutes before adding in the green beans & a good amount of salt. Sauté altogether for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve your delicious salmon alongside the green beans, rice and for a satisfying meal! (or meal prep & follow storage instructions!)

Notes
Storage.
- These keep in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container and they're genuinely good cold in a rice bowl the next day.
- Reheat them in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes so they crisp back up, and skip the microwave which turns them rubbery.
- I wouldn't freeze them once cooked, the texture goes off.
Single layer in the basket, no crowding. Crowded means steamed instead of caramelized, and it's worth doing two batches.
Save the brushing teriyaki for the last two minutes. Any earlier and the sugar burns before the salmon's done.
Pat the salmon dry before it goes in the marinade, especially if it was frozen.
