Prepare the Chocolate Rim:
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop over low heat, stirring until smooth.

- Place the glass in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the smoothie.
Make the Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, ice cream, and chocolate sauce.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble and Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into the chilled, chocolate-dipped glass.
