- In a large pot, sauté the diced celery and onions over medium heat until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Cream of Mushroom soup, water & heavy cream mixing well until smooth.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and uncooked pasta, stirring to combine.
- Simmer the soup for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Stir in fresh parsley if desired, then ladle into bowls. Serve warm and enjoy!
