  • Onion
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Heavy Cream
  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Pasta
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

Sauté the diced celery and onions over medium heat!

Stir in the Cream of Mushroom soup and water

Stir in the Cream of Mushroom soup, water, heavy cream, pasta & chicken.

Finally, add in spices & parsley!

Serve & Enjoy!

  1. In a large pot, sauté the diced celery and onions over medium heat until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the Cream of Mushroom soup, water & heavy cream mixing well until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and uncooked pasta, stirring to combine.
  4. Simmer the soup for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Stir in fresh parsley if desired, then ladle into bowls. Serve warm and enjoy!

Storage

Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat, adding a splash of water or cream if the soup has thickened. For longer storage, freeze in individual portions for up to 2 months, thawing in the fridge overnight before reheating.

Sauté Veggies Well: Cook the celery and onion until soft and fragrant to bring out maximum flavor.

Use Fresh Herbs: Add fresh parsley just before serving for a burst of color and freshness.

Can I use raw chicken instead of rotisserie?

Absolutely! Just dice raw chicken breast or thighs, season with salt and pepper, and cook it in the pot before adding the celery and onions. Once the chicken is fully cooked, proceed with the recipe as written.
