- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 360 °F (182 °C) and position the rack in the center of the oven.
- Prepare the Brie: Take the block of Brie and using a sharp knife, make four cuts on the top surface of the Brie. These cuts should be made halfway into the Brie, forming a cross pattern.
- Add Garlic: Slice the garlic cloves thinly. Insert the slices of garlic into the cuts you made on the Brie. The garlic will infuse its flavor into the cheese as it bakes.
- Add Cherry Tomatoes: Scatter cherry tomatoes around the Brie on the baking dish. You can use as many tomatoes as you prefer, depending on your taste.
- Season and Drizzle: Sprinkle the top of the Brie and the cherry tomatoes with oregano seasoning. Drizzle the Brie and tomatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Place a sprig of fresh rosemary on top of the Brie for added flavor.
- Prepare the Baguette: Slice the baguette into thin slices. Lay the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over each slice and sprinkle with oregano seasoning.
- Bake: Place the baking dish with the Brie and cherry tomatoes, and the baking sheet with the baguette slices, in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey, and the tomatoes are slightly blistered.
- Serve: Once baked, carefully transfer the Brie to a serving platter. Arrange the baguette slices around the Brie and serve immediately while everything is warm and gooey.
