Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and desired spices, such as salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  3. Blend the mixture in a high-speed blender until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking tray, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the flatbread is set and reaches a golden-brown color on the edges.
  6. Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
  7. Top the flatbread with your desired sandwich fillings, such as sliced meats, vegetables, or spreads.
  8. Carefully roll up the flatbread with the fillings inside to create a delicious sandwich wrap.
  9. Slice if desired and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for later enjoyment.
