- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and desired spices, such as salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
- Blend the mixture in a high-speed blender until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking tray, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the flatbread is set and reaches a golden-brown color on the edges.
- Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
- Top the flatbread with your desired sandwich fillings, such as sliced meats, vegetables, or spreads.
- Carefully roll up the flatbread with the fillings inside to create a delicious sandwich wrap.
- Slice if desired and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for later enjoyment.
