3 Top Tips for Success!
Blend Until Smooth: To achieve the best texture for your flatbread, make sure to blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and spices until completely smooth. This ensures that the ingredients are well incorporated and results in a uniform batter, leading to a consistent texture in the final product.
Even Thickness: When pouring the mixture onto the baking tray, aim for an even thickness throughout. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the batter evenly, ensuring that it bakes uniformly. This helps prevent uneven cooking and ensures that the flatbread is cooked through properly without any undercooked or overcooked spots.
Monitor Baking Time: Keep a close eye on the flatbread as it bakes, especially towards the end of the cooking time. Oven temperatures can vary, so the baking time provided is a guideline. The flatbread is ready when it reaches a golden color on the edges and is set in the center. Overbaking can result in a dry texture, so remove it from the oven as soon as it's done for the best results.
