Frozen Mango Dessert (Mango Sorbet)

This frozen mango sorbet is a dessert you have to make this summer, it is so refreshing ! You are going to absolutely love how simple & tasty it is!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen mangos
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Mangoes:
  1. Cut the mangoes open and slice them. Scoop out the flesh and set aside the peels to use later.
Freeze or Use Pre-frozen Mango:
  1. If using fresh mango, freeze the scooped mango chunks for a few hours until firm. Alternatively, use a bag of pre-frozen mango chunks.
Blend Ingredients:
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, fresh lime juice, and honey.
  2. Blend until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Serve:
  1. Scoop the sorbet into the saved mango peels or serving dishes.
  2. Serve immediately for a softer texture or freeze for a few hours for a firmer sorbet Serve and enjoy your refreshing mango lime sorbet!
