Prepare the Mangoes:
- Cut the mangoes open and slice them. Scoop out the flesh and set aside the peels to use later.
Freeze or Use Pre-frozen Mango:
- If using fresh mango, freeze the scooped mango chunks for a few hours until firm. Alternatively, use a bag of pre-frozen mango chunks.
Blend Ingredients:
- In a food processor or blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, fresh lime juice, and honey.
- Blend until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Serve:
- Scoop the sorbet into the saved mango peels or serving dishes.
