Ingredients

Chicken & Marinade
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
Burger
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Toppings: lettuce tomatoes, onions, etc.

Method

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with olive oil, smoked paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the Buns: Spread mayonnaise evenly on the brioche buns. Toast them on low-medium heat for about 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
  3. Prepare Toppings: Wash and slice your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Grill the marinated chicken thighs for 5-10 minutes or until they are fully cooked through. Make sure to flip them halfway through the cooking process for even cooking.
  5. Assemble the Sandwiches: Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each chicken thigh while still hot so it melts slightly. Then, assemble the sandwiches by layering the grilled chicken with your preferred toppings on the toasted buns.
