Instructions

Sear the chicken on both sides!

Build the cheesy parmesan sauce!

Add the ramen & the freshly grated cheese!

Place into oven at 350 fahrenheit
- Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through, then remove and slice.
- Cook the ramen noodles until just tender. Drain and save a bit of the cooking water.
- In the same pan, melt more butter and cook the garlic until fragrant. Pour in the cream, add the ramen seasoning, and stir until smooth.
- Add the noodles with a splash of the reserved water and toss until everything is glossy and well coated.
- Finish with parmesan, then top with sliced chicken and parsley.
