Instructions

Make a quick raspberry syrup!

Squeeze the lemons & make the lemonade!

When the raspberry syrup has cooled, blend it!

Serve over ice & enjoy!!
- Add the raspberries, honey, fresh lemon juice, and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan or medium saucepan. Place it over medium heat and give the raspberry mixture a good stir.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then lower the heat slightly. Let it simmer until the raspberries soften and release their raspberry juice. For even more real raspberry flavor, gently mash the berries with a spoon or potato masher.
- Remove the raspberry syrup from the heat and let it cool closer to room temperature. Once cooled, blend it into a fresh raspberry puree using a hand blender or food processor.
- For a smoother texture, pour the puréed fresh raspberries through a fine mesh strainer or fine sieve to remove the raspberry seeds and excess raspberry pulp.
- Juice the fresh lemons and add the fresh-squeezed lemon juice to a large pitcher, big pitcher, or beverage dispenser. Add the remaining honey, cups of cold water, and plenty of ice cubes.
- Pour the strained raspberry syrup into the pitcher and mix until the homemade lemonade turns into a beautiful pink lemonade.
- Taste and adjust this fresh raspberry lemonade as needed. Add more honey for sweetness, more lemon juice for a stronger tangy flavor, or more water for a lighter glass of lemonade.
- Serve over ice cubes with lemon slices, lemon wedges, fresh berries, extra raspberries, mint leaves, or mint sprigs. This is the perfect thirst quencher for a sunny day.

Storage
Store this easy raspberry lemonade in an airtight container, covered large pitcher, or beverage dispenser in the fridge for up to 3 days. Give it a good stir before serving because the fresh raspberry puree may settle at the bottom.
For the freshest flavor, add ice right before serving so the lemonade does not get watered down. You can also freeze extra lemonade in ice cube trays and add the cubes to future glasses of lemonade.

Top tips!
- Use fresh lemons for the best flavor. Bottled lemon juice works in a pinch, but fresh-squeezed lemon juice gives this particular recipe the brightest lemon flavor.
- Strain the raspberry syrup through a fine mesh strainer if you want a smoother texture without raspberry seeds or pulp.
- Taste before serving. The best way to get the perfect balance is to adjust the sweetness, tangy flavor, and cups of water to your liking.

Method
- Add the raspberries, honey, fresh lemon juice, and filtered water to a small pot. Stir everything together so the raspberries are evenly coated in the honey.
- Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Once it starts bubbling, reduce the heat slightly and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries soften and break down.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the raspberry syrup cool for 10–15 minutes. This helps the flavors settle and makes it easier to blend safely.
- While the raspberry syrup cools, cut and juice the lemons. A citrus juicer, handheld juicer, or Nama juicer works well for this step. Strain out any seeds if needed.
- Add the fresh lemon juice to a large pitcher. Pour in the cold water, then add the honey and ice.
- Stir the lemonade mixture really well until the honey is mostly dissolved. Since honey is thicker than sugar, it may take an extra minute of mixing to fully blend into the cold water.
- Pour the blended raspberry syrup into the pitcher with the lemonade. Stir everything together until the lemonade turns a bright pink color and the syrup is fully mixed in.
- Taste the raspberry lemonade and adjust if needed. Add more honey for a sweeter drink, more lemon juice for extra tartness, or more cold water if you prefer a lighter lemonade.
- Serve immediately over ice, or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
