- Prepare Oat Flour: If using whole oats, add them to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute until they form a fine oat flour. If you already have oat flour, skip this step.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and kosher salt. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. The mixture may become stiff, so you might find it easier to mix and mash with your hands.

- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Enjoy: Your chocolate peanut butter oat bites are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Top tips for Success
- Use High-Quality Ingredients: Opt for natural peanut butter and pure maple syrup for the best flavor and texture.
- Chill the Mixture: If the mixture is too sticky to roll into balls, chill it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
- Customize to Taste: Add extras like chopped nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut to enhance flavor and texture.
FAQs
These cookies are designed to be enjoyed raw, but if you’d like to firm them up without baking, try freezing or refrigerating them for a few hours. Baking them might alter the texture since they lack ingredients typically used in baked cookies, like eggs or baking soda.
