How to Store & Reheat

- Freezing: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Store in a freezer-safe resealable plastic bag or container for up to 2 months.
Reheating:
- Oven/Air Fryer: 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Stovetop: Heat in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side, covered.
- Microwave: Wrap in a damp paper towel, heat for 30-60 seconds (less crispy).
3 Top Tips for Success
- Toast Separately for Extra Crispiness: Toast the bread slices unassembled first. This keeps the baguette crispy and prevents it from becoming soggy when you add the sauce and toppings.
- Use Freshly Grated Cheese: Grate your own mozzarella for better melting and flavor. Pre-shredded cheese often contains anti-caking agents that prevent smooth melting.
- Don’t Skip the Garlic Aioli: Spread a generous layer of garlic aioli after toasting for extra creaminess and a burst of flavor that elevates the entire sandwich.
