Instructions

Slice, serve & enjoy!

  1. Start by cutting your baguette in half, then slice one half lengthwise to create two slices of bread.
  2. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, ketchup, and oregano. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly over one side of the baguette slices.
  4. Grate fresh mozzarella and generously sprinkle it over the sauce-covered slice. Top with pepperoni slices.
  5. Lightly brush olive oil on the remaining slice of baguette.
  6. Toast the sandwich (unassembled) in an air fryer or under the broiler until the baguette is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Once toasted, add a generous amount of garlic aioli over the top slice.
  8. For an extra kick, sprinkle chilli flakes on top (optional), or add some of your favorite toppings. 
  9. Assemble the sandwich, serve, and enjoy this simple yet delicious pizza-inspired creation!
