🍫 Oreo Brownies with Candy Cane Crunch

Fudgy Oreo Brownie

These brownies are rich, fudgy, and loaded with crushed Oreos. The candy cane topping gives them that holiday sparkle and a little minty snap in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • ½–1 cup chopped candy canes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  5. Pour the batter into your pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 28–35 minutes, depending on how fudgy you want them.
  7. While warm, sprinkle chopped candy canes all over so they melt slightly into the brownies.
  8. Cool, slice, and serve.

🍔 Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

The easiest crowd-pleasing main. These sliders taste like classic cheeseburgers but come together on one sheet pan—no flipping individual patties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6–8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 pack slider buns
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the ground beef into a rectangle on a lined baking sheet (same size as your slider bun sheet).
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, drain excess grease, then lay cheese slices on top.
  5. Return to oven until cheese melts (2–3 minutes).
  6. Slice the meat into slider squares and place on buns.
  7. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds if you want.
  8. Toast in the oven for 3–5 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

What You Need

Cheeses:

  • 1 soft cheese (brie, camembert, or Boursin)
  • 1 hard cheese (cheddar, gouda, manchego)
  • 1 crumbly cheese (goat cheese or blue)

Meats:

  • Salami
  • Prosciutto
  • Chorizo or pepperoni

Extras:

  • Crackers + toasted baguette slices
  • Grapes or berries

Instructions
