- Preheat your Ooni to 750–850°F (400–450°C), about 20–25 minutes.

- Lower the flame to the lowest setting just before launching the pizza.
- Top with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, soppressata, red onion, and crumbled feta.
- Launch onto the stone and bake for 90 seconds, rotating every 20 seconds.
- Finish with a drizzle of hot honey right out of the oven.
- Slice and serve while hot and melty!

Equipment
- Ooni Pizza Oven (gas, wood, or multi-fuel)
- Pizza Peel (for launching)
- Infrared Thermometer (to check stone temp)

Storage
This pizza is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven while the crust is crispy and the cheese is melty. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a hot oven or skillet to bring back some of that OG crisp!

Top tips!
Turn the flame to low right before launching—this helps prevent burning the crust while giving the base time to crisp up.
Flour the dough well and work fast—a super floured base and quick assembly mean a smooth, clean launch off the peel.
Keep it moving—rotate every 20 seconds for even char and bubbling, and don’t walk away during the cook!

FAQs
Because that flame is no joke. Turn it to the lowest setting right before launch, and always rotate every 20 seconds to avoid scorched crust and cheese lava.
Chances are your dough wasn’t floured enough or sat too long on the peel. Be generous with flour or semolina, and build your pizza right before launching to keep it slick and snappy.
You can—but it won’t hit like that OG fresh pie. If you must, reheat in a hot skillet or 425°F oven for a few minutes to bring back the crisp. Microwaving? Don’t disrespect the crust like that.
