Cut into Strips & Serve.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Garlic and Shallot: Cut the garlic cloves and shallot in half. Wrap them tightly in aluminum foil and place the packet on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the garlic and shallot are soft and fragrant.

Make the Hot Honey: While the garlic and shallot are baking, prepare the hot honey. In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, combine the honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce.

Stir the mixture continuously for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and the honey is infused with the flavors of the chili and hot sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter. Squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves and shallot from their skins and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined.

Prepare the Bread: Cut the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves on a baking sheet.

The Fun Part...

Coat with Butter Mixture and Cheese: Spread the garlic and shallot butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle the grated marble cheese over the buttered bread.

Broil the Bread: Preheat your oven's broiler on high. Place the baking sheet with the prepared bread under the broiler and broil for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are crispy and golden brown. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.

Serve: Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two. Cut the cheesy garlic bread into strips or slices and transfer them to a serving platter. Drizzle the hot honey over the top of the bread slices.

Enjoy: Serve the cheesy garlic bread with hot honey immediately while it's still warm and gooey. Enjoy the delicious combination of cheesy, garlicky goodness with a sweet and spicy kick from the hot honey!

FAQ's

What is cheesy garlic bread made of?

Cheesy garlic bread is made with bread spread with garlic butter (made from garlic and regular butter). Then, it's topped with cheese and baked until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted. It's like regular bread but extra tasty with garlic and cheese!

What goes best with cheesy garlic bread?

Cheesy garlic bread is perfect with pasta dishes like spaghetti or lasagna. It's also great with soups, salads, or as a side for grilled meats. I’m sure that it complements any meal where you'd enjoy bread and adds a delicious garlicky-cheesy flavor to your plate!

Why is garlic bread so delicious?

Garlic bread tastes so good because it has delicious flavors like garlic, butter, and bread all mixed together. The garlic gives it a strong, tasty flavor, while the butter makes it rich and moist. When you toast it, the bread gets crispy on the outside but stays soft inside. And don't forget the melted cheese on top – it makes it even more delicious!
