2. Next begin with frying the pancetta in a pan until it turns golden brown.
3. Once the pancetta is fried, remove it from the pan. Add butter to the same pan and sauté minced garlic and onion until they become translucent.
4. Pour in the broth and add the brie cheese. Allow the brie to melt, then incorporate the heavy cream and desired seasonings.
5. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then, introduce the gnocchi into the sauce and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
6. Finally, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley and reserved pancetta. Mix thoroughly before serving and enjoy your meal!
