Instructions

Marinate the chicken!

Fry the bacon & the chicken!

Add everything to a bowl & mix!

Add it to a tortilla, wrap, toast & slice!
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil. Let it marinate if you have time, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 10–12 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Cook the Bacon: In a separate skillet, cook the diced bacon (or guanciale) until crispy and browned. No oil needed — the fat will render on its own. Set aside.
- Make the Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of water until the dressing is creamy and pourable.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cooked chicken, crispy bacon, Parmesan, croutons, and some of the Caesar dressing. Toss to coat, then use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to chop everything finely for the perfect wrap filling.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spoon in the chicken Caesar mixture, and fold into a tight wrap.
- Toast the Wraps: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Toast each wrap on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve & Enjoy: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra Caesar dressing for dipping — fries on the side are highly recommended!

Equipment

- Skillet or Frying Pan (or large skillet for best results)
- Wire Rack or Paper Towel (to drain bacon or fried chicken)
Storage
Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For best results, reheat in a skillet over medium heat to keep them crispy. For longer storage, wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap, then freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight and reheat in a skillet or oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Top tips for Success
- Chop the Filling: Use a pizza cutter on a flat surface to finely chop chicken, bacon, and lettuce — this makes the wraps easier to roll.
- Dry the Lettuce: Pat dry with a paper towel or use a salad spinner to avoid soggy wraps.
- Toast Low & Slow: Use medium-low heat (not medium-high heat) so the tortilla gets golden brown without burning.
- Air Fryer Shortcut: Make crispy chicken strips or breaded chicken in the air fryer for a lighter version that still gives you that extra crispy chicken crunch.
FAQ
Yes, but for the best crunch, assemble and toast right before serving. You can prep the chicken, bacon, and dressing up to 2 days in advance.
Definitely. While homemade dressing adds extra flavor, a store-bought version saves time and still makes a good wrap.
Dry the lettuce thoroughly and don’t overdo the dressing. Toasting the wrap helps seal everything inside and adds that crispy chicken wrap recipe finish.

Easy Crispy Chicken Caesar Wraps (Extra Crunchy!)
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 1–2 hours if you have time (or just while you prep the bacon).
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced bacon until golden and crispy. No extra oil needed — the bacon will render beautifully. Remove and set aside. (watch video below!)
- Cook the Chicken: In the same skillet (wipe out excess grease if needed), heat a little oil. Add the chicken and cook for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Make the Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Thin it out with a splash of water until creamy and pourable. (you can also skip this step & use your fav store-bought caesar dressing!)
- Mix the Salad Filling: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cooked chicken, crispy bacon, Parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss everything well, then go in with a pizza cutter and chop the mixture finely — this is the secret to the perfect wrap filling!
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spoon in the Caesar mixture, and fold into a wrap.
- Crisp Them Up: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat with a bit of oil. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides. (watch video below!)
- Serve & Enjoy: Slice in half, serve warm with extra Caesar dressing on the side (and maybe fries, because why not?).
