3 Top Tips for Success
- 1. Marinate for Maximum Flavor
Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but if time allows, marinate it for a few hours or overnight to achieve deeper, richer flavor. - 2. Don’t Skip the Butter
Brushing the chicken with seasoned butter after cooking adds an irresistible layer of flavor and keeps the meat juicy and tender. - 3. Warm Your Bread
Heat the naan or pita bread just before assembling to make it soft and pliable. This makes wrapping easier and enhances the overall taste and texture.
FAQs
Absolutely! While chicken thighs are juicy and flavorful, you can substitute with boneless chicken breasts, or any preferred meat option. For a vegetarian option, try firm tofu.
Plain Greek Yogurt, hummus or sour cream with a dash of herbs works well too.
The skewers can be cooked on a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked through.
