  1. Season the Chicken: Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Coat both sides of the chicken cutlets generously for the best flavor.
  2. Bread the Chicken: Set up a dredging station: flour → beaten eggs → breadcrumbs. Press crumbs firmly into the chicken for that golden brown, ultra-crispy finish.
  3. Fry to Golden Perfection: Heat oil in a shallow pan or air fryer. Fry chicken until crispy and golden. Transfer to a wire rack or parchment paper to drain. Pro tip: If the oil smokes, it’s too hot; if the breading doesn’t bubble immediately, it’s too cold.
  4. Chop the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-size squares—perfect for topping your pizza.
  5. Assemble the Pizza: Roll out your pizza dough. Spread tomato sauce and ketchup over the crust. Drizzle some Caesar salad dressing, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and top with crispy chicken squares. Bake on a baking sheet until the crust is golden brownand the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Prep a Quick Caesar Salad: Toss thinly sliced romaine lettuce with the remaining Caesar salad dressing, a splash of lemon juice, and a pinch of Worcestershire sauce while the pizza bakes.
  7. Top & Serve: Layer the baked pizza with creamy Caesar salad, extra drizzle of dressing, fresh Parmesan, bacon bits, and more juicy chicken. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, or extra mozzarella cheese for best flavor. Slice and serve, dipping each bite in extra Caesar dressing if desired.

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 handfuls thinly sliced lettuce
  • ⅓ cup cooked bacon bits
  • Freshly grated Parmesan to taste

Equipment

  • Pizza Pan
  • Measuring Cups
  • Cutting Board

Method

  1. Season the Chicken: Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Season the chicken cutlets generously on both sides.
  2. Bread the Chicken: Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and Italian breadcrumbs. Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing firmly so the coating sticks.
  3. Fry Until Crispy: Heat oil in a shallow pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel to drain.
  4. Cut the Chicken: Once slightly cooled, cut the chicken into bite-size squares.
  5. Assemble the Pizza: Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce and ketchup evenly over the crust, drizzle with Caesar dressing, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then evenly distribute the crispy chicken pieces.
  6. Bake the Pizza: Preheat a regular oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake the pizza on the middle rack for 18–22 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until the crust is fully cooked, the bottom is golden brown, and the mozzarella is melted and bubbling. If the top browns too quickly, loosely tent with foil.
  7. Add the Caesar Salad & Serve: Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes, then top with the Caesar salad, bacon bits, and freshly grated Parmesan. Slice and serve immediately.
