Equipment
Non Stick Pan
Storage
To store, wrap the cooled burrito tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap and place it in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a microwave or oven until warmed through before serving.
Top tips
- For fluffier eggs, cook them on low heat and stir gently to keep them soft. Adding a splash of milk or cream can also enhance their texture.
- To prevent soggy burritos, ensure the eggs and sausage are cooled slightly before assembling. This will help maintain the tortilla's structure and keep it crisp when fried.
- Customize the flavor by adding ingredients like sautéed onions, peppers, or a dash of hot sauce. These additions can elevate the burrito with extra flavor and texture.
